Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic and zest the lemon. Set aside.
