Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 3 Carrots
- 4 Potatoes
- 30 ml Oil
- 5 ml Salt
- 5 ml Black Pepper
- 60 ml Water

A savory and aromatic blend of ground beef, carrots, and potatoes, seared to a golden brown perfection.
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots into small, uniform cubes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until they start to brown.
Add carrots to the skillet and cook alongside the potatoes until they start to soften.
Push the vegetables to the sides of the skillet and add the ground beef to the center. Break it apart and cook until browned, mixing with the vegetables halfway through.
Pour in 1/4 cup water to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Mix everything together and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Cook until water is absorbed and everything is hot and aromatic.
