- 500 g Beef sirloin
- 100 g Cornflour
- 500 ml Vegetable oil
- 2 Red chillies
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 5 g Ginger
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 4 Spring onions
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
